Since our inception in February 2002 Insight Protection™ has steadily been building a reputation within the Sydney Business Community as a quality company committed to protecting clients from physical threats and ensuring their safety from possible complications arising from dubious business practices. It is standard practice for our managers and our director to physically work at each and every one of our clients premises to ensure a complete understanding of specific site requirements and to be able to continually assess our guards performance, and improve on our level of service overall.

Insight Protection™ has implemented a Quality Guarantee. Our Quality Guarantee provides clients with a tailored security solution that relates to a company's specific needs, not an off the shelf security product. This means that we have to understand your business first. After agreeing on a solution, we will then work together on specific performance measures. Once we have identified the appropriate performance measures, we will then produce a legally binding document to ensure that we live up to our promise.
