Insight Protection™ has a 7 step approach to recruitment.

  1. Submit your resume by email for review or call us on

  2. After receiving your CV, we will then contact you for an informal phone interview to discuss things such as experience, training, what you are looking for in an employer, and your career goals.
  3. We will then ask you to complete an employment application form which can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
  4. Your employment application will be reviewed, including complete background checks.
  5. If we are happy with the results of your background check we will then request to meet with you for an interview in person.
  6. After successfully completing an interview, you will then be offered casual employment for a period of time which may vary (usually between one and three months). During this casual employment phase you will continually be assessed for suitability for work with Insight Protection™ and our clients. We will be assessing your key competencies and attitudes.
  7. Upon successfully completing our probationary period, we will offer you a full time package that is negotiable in terms of Rosters, Salary Sacrifice, Leave or anything else that will make you happy and encourage you to perform to the high standards we require.
