Insight Protection™ undertakes the following Quality Control measures and employs the following control devices to ensure our service delivery is of a consistently high standard for all our clients.
Insight Protection™ is a completely independent security provider with no ties or affiliation with any other company. This ensures that all security audits undertaken by our qualified personnel are unbiased and always in the best interest of our clients.
Insight Protection™ does not utilise the services of any subcontracted staff. This ensures that Insight Protection™ management can roster the right person for the right position every time and that we know our staff personally. We are not relying on unknown quantities from other companies.

It is a requirement that all employees read and sign this document prior to commencement of employment with Insight Protection™. This document ensures that all employees are fully conversant with all requirements of Insight Protection™ and it allows us to maintain high performance standards.
Insight Protection™ schedules consistent quarterly (or sooner if required) meetings with all clients to discuss any issues that may arise and provide consultative feedback where appropriate on any security related task conducted by the company. These meetings provide a great opportunity for both parties to provide feedback on various security issues and the opportunity to ensure the service level offered by Insight Protection™ always exceeds our client's expectations.
